DS 3000 cylinder opening agent is an important additive for achieving good coating and metal distribution. It can also control the internal stress of the coating and cathode current efficiency. It is used in both the production of plating solution and the replenishment of consumption during the electroplating process. In order to obtain good coating and metal distribution, it is the most important additive. It can control the cathode efficiency of different current densities. However, its dosage during tank preparation is strictly related to the concentration of zinc. 1 gram/liter of zinc corresponds to 1 milliliter/liter of cylinder opening agent. Its function is to control the internal stress of the coating. The combined use of the same brightening agent can ensure a relatively good bright coating.
DS 3000 brightener can be used in combination with cylinder opening agent to maintain brightness throughout the entire current density range.
DS alkaline zinc plating purifier can effectively purify foreign metal impurities. Its consumption is determined by the bluntness of the zinc used, and it improves the blackening and darkening function in low current density areas.
