DS301 is a semi-bright nickel additive for nickel electroplating, specially designed for multi-layer nickel plating systems. When combined with bright nickel layers, it delivers extremely high corrosion resistance. The potential difference between semi-bright nickel and bright nickel layers reaches 120 mV, and it boasts strong adhesion with base metal and bright nickel coating.
This additive generates no harmful decomposition by-products and features simple operation. It is suitable for electroplated parts with high anti-corrosion requirements, such as automotive parts, motorcycle components, high-grade lighting fixtures and NdFeB magnets.
